These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and ph111 ("ph111," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph111 online gaming platform available at https://ph111.app and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph111, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from ph111 or any other gaming platform for violations of applicable terms or regulations.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

ph111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by ph111 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

To access the full features of the ph111 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on ph111. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph111 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph111 will never request your password through any communication channel.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify ph111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. ph111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
• Account Verification (KYC): ph111 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. You may be required to submit identity, address, and source-of-funds documentation before withdrawals are processed.

ph111 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the ph111 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• ph111 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your ph111 account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. ph111 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ph111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of ph111's KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ph111 account.
• ph111 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ph111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. You will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.

ph111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all ph111 bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the ph111 Platform.
• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph111 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.

• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate ph111's bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the ph111 Platform:

• Fair Play: All games on ph111 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time under controlled conditions.

• Using the ph111 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of ph111.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts on ph111.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ph111 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the ph111 Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ph111 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward ph111 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by ph111.
• Accessing the ph111 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the ph111 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the property of ph111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph111 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content without ph111's prior written consent.
• Use any ph111 trademarks, service marks, or trade names without ph111's prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the ph111 Platform on any other website or platform.
• Use data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the ph111 Platform.

Any unauthorised use of ph111's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph111 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ph111 Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, ph111 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph111 Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss or corruption of data transmitted to or from the ph111 Platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any Content on the ph111 Platform.
• Any losses arising from events beyond ph111's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

ph111's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph111 Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph111 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph111 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by ph111's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the ph111 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• ph111 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
• ph111 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request voluntary closure of your ph111 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

ph111 reserves the right to retain your personal data for the period required by applicable Philippine law following account closure, including for anti-money laundering record-keeping purposes.

ph111 operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaints or disputes relating to your use of ph111 should be directed to our customer support team in the first instance. ph111 is committed to resolving all player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph111's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
